One screen for the vet and the front desk: booking, consultation, patient record, money.
Calendar
The clinic day in one calendar
The calendar shows the day as columns of vets and rooms, with lunch and breaks. You can see who is busy with what and where a visit still fits.
Search by pet name, owner or phone number
Filter by vet, switch branch, amount due shown in the row
Day, week and month views, drag a visit to move it
The AI agent sees the same schedule, so a slot is never given away twice
New appointment
A booking in a minute, on a single page
The receptionist types a phone number or a pet name. If the owner is not in the database yet, they are created right here, without three dialogs in a row.
The service fills in its own duration and room
Vet, date and time are picked from the free slots
The reason for the visit goes straight to the vet
Voice consultation
The vet dictates, the draft fills itself in
Complaints, examination, diagnosis and plan are sorted into fields. A reminder at the top asks you to check the text before approving it: the last word stays with the vet.
Allergies from the record are highlighted in red
Weight, temperature, heart and respiratory rate next to the note
Quick phrases for the wording you use every day
Patient record
The whole history on one page
Summary, problems, visits, plan, vaccinations, lab results and payments. Any vet on shift sees the same thing and does not start from scratch.
Allergies and warnings pinned at the top
Weight trend and the date of the next vaccination
A problem list with statuses: active, chronic, resolved
Discharge notes
A clear sheet for the owner after the visit
What was found, what to do at home day by day, when to call straight away and when the next visit is due. Written for the owner, not for a colleague.
In Romanian, Russian or English
Download, send or print
A dosing checklist that goes on the fridge door
Payments
Charged, paid, unpaid
Three numbers for the period you choose and the list of invoices underneath. A debt does not live in someone’s memory: it is there in the list and on the owner’s record.
Payment opens straight from the visit row
Partial payments and several payment methods
A "debts only" filter and reports by day, week and month
Online booking around the clock

I want to book my dog for a vaccination. How much is it?
450 lei. When was the last vaccination?
Last year, in September.
Tomorrow at 10:30 with Dr. Popescu. Does that work?
Yes.
You're booked. I'll send a reminder in the morning.
10:30
Rex, vaccination, Dr. Popescu
In the morning the front desk sees a finished row in the vet’s day
Answers around the clock
At night and at weekends, when nobody picks up the phone.
Knows the schedule, the vets and the prices
It sees the same free slots the front desk sees.
Asks the questions the front desk would
It checks which pet, why the visit and what time suits.
The booking lands straight in the schedule
By morning it is a finished appointment for the vet, not a pile of messages.
Animo books appointments, it does not treat animals
Animo books visits, answers routine questions and hands anything harder to a member of staff. It does not diagnose and does not advise treatment. "My dog is vomiting blood" is not a conversation for it, it is a signal for a human.
Eight questions that come up during an inspection or an owner complaint.

What clinics usually ask
Five objections we hear at every other meeting.
"Our old software works, why change?"+
If its servers sit outside Moldova and the EU, from 23 August 2026 that is a fine waiting to happen for the clinic, not for the vendor. In 15 minutes we will check together where your data actually sits and what your contract says.
"We have no time for a rollout"+
Switching takes one to two weeks. We do the setup and the data migration, and the old system keeps running in parallel meanwhile. From the clinic we need your price list, the vets’ schedule and half a day for training.
"Our staff will not cope"+
The interface is in Romanian and Russian, the vet and the receptionist share the same screen, and the surplus fields were deliberately removed. Training and a manual are part of the price.
"What if the internet goes down?"+
You fall back to the paper visit form and enter it afterwards. The procedure is written down and handed to the clinic. Anything not saved in the system never looks like it was saved.
"Whose data is it, and what happens if we leave?"+
The clinic’s data belongs to the clinic. An export is available at any time, not only when the contract ends. After termination the data is deleted on our side.
